MASTER ROBERT LUIS RIVERA'S TEN PHASES

Master Robert Luis Rivera has developed TEN PHASES that are taught for a student to be free of physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. 

Real-World Techniques

  • Phase One: Determine the origin of the problem, evaluate every possible scenario, and develop the best solution to remove the issue permanently.
  • Phase Two: Start training in our "Body Combat Burn.  
  • Phase Three: Start developing a "Stone Wall Defense."
  • Phase Four: Work on self-defense scenarios, such as escapes, evading, footwork, and learning where to hit and with what part of your body.
  • Phase Five: Train in key, phone, and pen defense.
  • Phase Six: Building on Self-Awareness and discussing areas that will place someone in danger.  
  • Phase Seven: Understanding the dangers of social media and how to prevent hazards from reaching their doorstep. 
  • Phase Eight: Recommendations of software, hardware, and applications to stay safe.
  • Phase Nine: Home Defense, which consists of securing someone's home with the proper security cameras, motion detectors, and lighting. 
  • Phase Ten: Purchasing Pepper Sprays, zap flashlights, and other defensive tools to keep you safe.

MASTER ROBERT LUIS RIVERA'S METHOD

These are just some of the phases Master Robert Luis Rivera teaches: transforming fear into courage and empowering students with the knowledge to stay safe. These steps help students carve out an enormous building block toward the foundation of who they will become and build a new you.


Master Robert Luis Rivera will help students anchor themselves and increase their grit through continued vigorous self-defense, fitness, and weapons training, which will prepare them for the unexpected.  


Master Robert Luis Rivera will expand students' self-defense skills by observing what is available in the home, such as the kitchen, office, living room, dining room, and garage.


Master Robert Luis Rivera's students develop the skills to break away from grabs, holds, pushes, and attacks while using whatever tool is available.


Master Robert Luis Rivera continues to build and prepare a student to respond to an attack in seconds.  By this time, a student will have developed the power, speed, and technical skills combined with a rock-solid body.
